The drive-through is incredibly slow. They messed up my order. They were not very courteous about correcting it.
To end on a good note, my frappes are always mixed to perfection!
Some times an argument will ensure between the staff and manager on shift about how things are run; a few times when I go to the drink station to get a straw, it's messy.
I order the same breakfast most days, so thankfully, they have never screwed up my order (contrary to the other one-star patrons).
I'm always greeted when I get to the counter or drive thru; they always repeat back my order; I'm always charged the correct amount.
having traveled through half the states in the US, I feel confident in my statement that this is the worst MCD location in the country. Milkshake machine has been down for over 30days and breakfast orders are denied at 10:57, prior to stated changeover times as if the freezer has a time lock. Pathetic service. Drive 2miles to the next one on the same street.
I pulled into MacDonald on Columbia avenue in hammond indiana, when I got to the menu board a voice came over the speaker and mentioned to pull to the second window and they would take my order! After setting behind 3 autos I managed to arrive at the second window, I was told that they could take my order and that I had to go back around through the line to place what I needed to order! I told them that I was going! to set there until they decided to give me what I had to pick up! After some time they did take my order and I found out that after my arrived at my destination that the order was not correct! I had also requested that I would like 2 hashbrown in a sperate bag when they handed me the order I sat for a while waiting for the hash brown I finally asked where the 2 were at and they told me they put it all in the same order! They did hand me a bag and suggested that I put the2 in it myself, I sasked them to do so! Having handing them the bag and them handing it back and as I was leaving the window a young man stated that he had licked them!!! Also both was broken in half an out of the containers! They also had at least 3 people leave behind me with out picking up the food that they had placed an order for! I only wonder that if I had to wait to place my order is why could not the person have used something to write the order down and have the food available when I arrived at the window! But again they was not wanting to take my money's reason being I would have to pay at the first window! I had asked for a manager and or the names of the people working at that time I was refused both!
There machine shot water at me and then I ordered a caramel macchiato and they filled it up halfway the wrong cup
