Came back with more gas than needed and the girl processing my billing never looked me in the eye, nor did she smile. She did ask me about their customer service. Guy at the desk was munching Doritos and he asked too. I told him that I don't feel the customer service was good today. He looked dejected and just mumbled "protocol man, protocol."

I had to take my car to a repair shop and, in conjunction with the repair shop, Enterprise made this very inconvenient situation, so much easier. They arrived with a great vehicle as I arrived at the shop. I did the standard walk around with rep, signed the digital form and I was on my way. When I was done with the rental, I took at back to the repair shop and left the keys with the receptionist. I received a call a day later from Enterprise informing me that everything was good with the vehicle. Done and done. What a great experience without any hassle on my side.

I have been a customer of enterprise for several years. They don't care about there customers anymore, so I will never use them again. I'm telling all my people never to use them again either. I found a better rental company.

I've spent almost $3,000 renting cars from the Hammond Enterprise location. The last car they rented to me had around 1/4 tank of gas. I drove the car for a month and brought it back with about 1/8 tank. They wanted to charge me $13 for gas. Really? Okay, I ponied up a $20 and the 5 staff people couldn't muster change. They wanted to charge my card but at this point I felt it's just better to get gas.

Called and was told they had a compact car to rent so reserved one. When I showed up they only had trucks and SUVs. They said they would give my a discount off of the SUV since they didn't have what I reserved. Came to return the car and they charged me full price for a SUV. Will never be back.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. What are the odds of two times in one day (once in the morning and once in the evening) of employees going way out of their way to help someone? Seems improbable to me, but not here. Outstanding service from Kevin and from Mo. Thanks guys! EXCELLENT service.

I thanked the expressionless girl because I'm polite and walked out with my invoice. Doritos guy called out "hey aside from the gas thing, how was our customer service?" I didn't answer. Figured he wouldn't comprehend I just guessed at gas, spent $8 doing it and that act ensures I can't, simply can't rent from Enterprise again.
