I came in to have my tire looked at, it was leaking slowly the last 2 weeks and I had asked for it to be checked out. Turns out there was a nail in it and the price of fixing it was $28 which is rediculously high. They claimed they do a double reinforcement but they eventually give out anyways so theres no need. Since I am female and looked like I did not know anything about prices, they charged me higher. I asked after the mechanic left why it was so high, becuase google said they should cost 10-15 to repair. The lady gave me some excuse i stated above about double reinforcement. Once it was done she offered me 20 for it all, which was more resonable but still expensive. Just because im female should not raise the price.. Just rediculus.
I came here a lot and notice this place has got worst it’s either a attitude or the inside looks like no one cleans this place often coffee always a day old the receptionist don’t have no clue about the service and I been to other Midas and I have better experience im not sure if the management is bad or what I will not go here no more but I will go to another Midas just not this location
Excellent diagnosis and mechanical work. Prices are a little high, but one must expect that for top notch work. I was impressed by the thorough explanations given my the mechanic who worked on my vehicle.
No heat in car, ask them to find out y. They say my radiator cracked, i saw no indication of that. Say i needed a new thermostat, put a new one in a day before..and they didn't even bother to check my heater core. Why the hell not? U should check all components to find the problem. Not make the customer play process of elimination to find the problem and make them buy parts they dont need and OVERPRICE THE HELL OUT OF LABOR FEES!!!
