Thanks Oak Street Health for caring bout my heath and keeping me healthy. Services in health care are beyond amazing. They provide me with the care I need to stay healthy. Rides to n from appointments. Meds that keep my body going strong. They set me up with #Humana in 2018 to be able to provide me with better healthcare. I have a Medical Assist K9 helping me stay Alive. Do not seperate my dog from his handler. He goes wherever I go per Doctors orders. Oak Street got meds covered for me where other Doctors could not. I get a ride to my pharmacy after my appointment. I am thinking bout having my meds dropped off too me at my apartment. Not many doctors/pharmacys offer that........
Warm, awesome and fun feels like your at home great doctor and an awesome staff they will treat u like family! Also pick up drop off is available upon request!
