Customer service was okay before reaching the counter, a lot of people were waiting unnecessarily. But once reaching the counter I realized that the staff was working diligently for a tournament that was happening that night and was still providing excellent customer service. Surprised considering the location. Would return.

I had bought SSB4 for the Wii U, and the disc was all messed up. I honestly thought that an employee would inspect the disc before selling it. This is a situation that could've been avoided if the cashier was just more cautious.
