Great store for anyone that is a outdoor person both male as well as female. Excellent staff as well as helpful on all aspects of outdoors activities. Any gear you are looking for they have it. From 2 degrees to -250 degrees below. As well as trips for fishing and big game hunting. I really like this store you can spend the day at this store to include have a lunch in-house restaurant deer burgers, bison, buffalo on menu. Anything you want. Thanks
Cool place to go to on a date or to just look around... Do not recommend buying clothing here it is way too overpriced. Like ridiculously overpriced.
The customer service was just horrendous. I was constantly ignored because of the color of my skin. Period. I was apparently with the other black people who just so happened to be at the gun counter on the other side of the show room because all black people know each other. When I finally was helped after trying to get the attention of staff ( who weren't even busy) I was greeted with stale customer service and ignorance. After i identified my self as a LEO during the transaction the employees attitude took a delightful and upbeat turn. From that point on I was treated with great respect and amazing courtesy and customer service. It shouldn't have taken that bit of information to be shared to garnish that type of attention. Great Selection of weapons, clothing and other hunting and sporting goods. I picked up a pair of boots for work for a great price. Got the weapon I wanted for a good price as well. Sometimes you have to take the good with the bad.
I came here as a first time buyer and wasn’t sure what to get or what would be best for me. Michael, the man behind the gun counter, was very patient and was very knowledgeable. He didn’t try to sell me on something expensive he walked me through several handguns and let me get the feel for what i felt most comfortable with. I feel like as a first time buyer and being nervous he took all the worry of that away. I would recommend any of my friends and family to come to Cabelas and see Michael. I hope the store sees what an asset he is and values him! Michael thank you so much for having patience and working so hard at helping me find something i could feel secure with.
