The staff needs more customer service experience. These people are allowed to get nasty with you..even when you're just some days late.never had any problems like this until today..I was told "what happened?you spent your money on something else?...its quite appalling in general to speak to a customer this way,especially to have left feeling as if the situation is unresolved..
I have one person call telling me an item I have been looking for was in and tell them I want it. Then was told someone would call me back to set it up but never got the call.
I call the store next day or so and ask about it, they say they don't know about it and then say I didn't want the item which I never did say. Been going back and forth for at least a month now.
Had bad experiences with a lady she was rude to me on the phone and when me my daughter went in the store the same lady on the phone yelled at me and my daughter i been waiting on a item for a week now and getting told so many stories

Why havent you guys made it to pick up furniture? Pick up was originally set for 12/29/17 ETA: 3pm-7pm no one came.... Today 12/30/17 10am I called to confirm rescheduled per Aarons pick up for today, Spoke with a nice lady who confirmed an afternoon pick up. As the day goes by and im having to leave someone behind to wait for Aarons ALL DAY, Because they couldnt make it the day before as arranged previously. I decide to call back at 4 pm and I gues i was being a pain to the gentlemen who answered. I kindly asked him if he had an ETA of pick up He was kind of rude when I asked. His response was "well we dont have a choice to come tonight since you moving out today, right"... he closed conversation with "we close at 7 so we will see you before then. BECAUSE IM MOVING AND TRYING TO BE IN 2 PLACES AT ONE TIME!!!! Is the ONLY reason that im upset. I pay my bills every month on time and have made 1 pymt arrangement in the whole year. Why must loyalty be rewarded with rudeness? And again, where are you guys? Its 7:49 pm.
Terrible customer service....Very unprofessional I've been a customer for about 3-4 years and it seems that the staff always have an attitude and are always very snappy and rude.....Always hounding about a day late payment.....Tried to setup a payment arrangement and was questioned about personal,private info....
(Very very unprofessional)....I think long term customers deserve MUCH BETTER TREATMENT...Its seems like if u dodge them they're nicer than trying to make an arrangement thats when they act like assholes....smh....Since ridge road store closed and they switched seems even worse.......SMH.....Do better or lose a customer.....!!!!!!!
I wish I didn't have to go to this store, the one I went to was closing down and had to come here. If you have to choose Aarons look for a different store and avoid this one.
