Was told they had a part for my trailer hitch in stock. When my son arrived to pick it up they couldn't find it. an hour later I received a text stating that my install was ready. so I then drove out to pick up the part only to be told that they don't have the part, they never had the part and it wasn't ordered. So I ordered the $39.00 part and when it came in I was called to pick it up. When my son went to pick it up he was charged nearly $75.00 (74.31) for a part that was $30.99 plus shipping and tax ($38 and change) So i guess this is a $36.00 inconvenience fee for you having to do your job?
MY DAUGHTER RENTED THE TRUCK THE PERSON THAT RENTED THE TRUCL TP HER COMPLETELY MISS IMFORMED HER ON COST, DEPOSIT, MILEAGE ETC..... I would not recommendusing this partixular location.

So unorganized! I made an appointment for 7 AM for an installation on my car. I confirmed the location / address. However, when I arrived, I was told that yes I had made the appointment ( in the system) but that it was an error because he did not have an installer on this day. Very curt, not customer friendly.
