This park has to much standing water after it rains which is very dangerous for children and adults MOSQUITO's and other bugs with horrible diseases thrive in conditions like this. Its very disappointing to see a PUBLIC PARK in such horrible condition. It also is a breeding ground for dangerous wanna be gangs and real gangs. I will NEVER TAKE MY GRANDKIDS to this park ever again. I personally have seen at least a dozen drug transactions and saw a poor helpless homeless person attacked for no reason except wanting to rest under a tree.
When it rains it takes up to two days to be able to take the kids to play sometimes its all so to crowded but kids have someone to play with

We stopped here with our Pierogi Fest feast . There's nice picnic benches and it's usually not too crowded...well if you don't count the squirrels looking for a handout...the one in the background not only snatched his treat, but ran to the other side and grabbed the birds crumbs as well.. Erich thought that was hilarious....
Nice place to walk the dog or just lay back and take it easy!!
