I luv this place. I didnt worry one bit about my belongings and this place is very clean.
Heated storage Lotsa room have been storing my stuff there for years never a problem people are always friendly and Easy in and out with vehicles
In conclusion these people don't care nothing about customer satisfaction it's a family owned business that's all about. Making money screw customer service!!
Today I called to put a complaint in regarding the situation the manager ( a man) actually condoned her behavior he offered no apology he told me if i wasn't happy there I can go elsewhere. Really!!! Alrighty then I'm calling the BBB Better Business Bureau NOW!!!
Nice use of an old piano warehouse. Prices are better than Uhaul. I just disliked the hours. Sometimes you do have to wait to be attended, if worker is in storage with another customer. For the most part, the staff is nice.
It is reasonably priced. They have security cameras. Access is limited. We have been using their storage facility for years and never had an issue. It is an excellent reuse of an old building.
Went there yesterday about 6:15 pm I had to be at work @7pm when I got there I noticed a huge UHAUL truck was being unloaded I had about 8-10 garbage bags and a suitcase to put in my storage. I go in the office sign in the lady behind the desk had a very nasty disposition ( she was a heavy set white lady with glasses) she told me I had to wait til the people get done unloading the UHAUL before I can put my things in my unit. I explained to the lady that I had to be at work @7 I can't wait for the people to unload the truck. The lady told me oh well they were here first you have to wait then she proceeded to slam a metal rolling partition down in my face. I was floored!!
