I like the store. It's compact. Have great sales. It's close to me. If short on time,you can get something nice for any occasion.
This store has been in Hammond a very long time. No matter what you are looking for to add to your wardrobe, you probably will find it here or at least get some ideas of what to look for.
This stores needs major renovation, it looks like the place hasn't been updated since it opened. Everyone that shops there is at least 50 years old. The store was part of a mall which has now been demolished, it is a standalone store now. The store does get a lot of foot traffic because the area has no other major department stores. I hope the consider updating their store and merchandise.
This store is always irritating to shop in. Never enough cashiers. Coupons schemes are so complicated that it takes every person 20 minutes to check out. But there are some good sales, so take a Valium and don't be in a hurry.
The sales clerks are helpful and friendly. They also know the coupons inside and out.
I loved this Carsons they had soo much to offer, I thought all of the stores were small with little variety like the one in Matteson but it was really nice all of the clothing sections. The face painting and Santa for the kids was great as well, everyone was very pleasant and the lady who owned the horse encouraged my 2 year old and made her feel comfortable to sit with Santa for pictures and Santa was very patient and sweet as well it was the last day of the Santa event.
