Disorganized product in men's clothing made finding things difficult. Pet supplies were reasonably well organized but understand. No associates available to help. Extraordinarily slow cashier led to a 30 minute wait in checkout line. Typically Walmart.
Orel manager of auto lube was Awesome! I came in to get an oil change and was 45 min before close, they told me couldn't do it so close to closing at 7pm. I was a bit upset and OREL was very understanding and fit me in. Definitely will come back. Thanks! And Tervon too was awesome.

Went here 12/10/17 at 8pm, store was a mess. Bathroom in front for men's smelled like piss because it was all over the floor. Somebody crapped on the floor in both stalls and on toilet seat. Check out lines were horrible for a sunday as well people backed up into the ladies dept clothing. piles of restock items near the Pole price checked and customer service dept. Employees too busy chatting rather than working.
I placed an order to the Walmart in Hammond indiana Today 12/30 about 9:30am for just two tires because it had same day availability for me to pick up. Before ordering I called the store and confirmed with them that my order will be ready way before 3pm so that I can get the tires put on there at their service center because that was the time they stated the car service center took their last customer. I went to the store about 1:30pm because I had not yet received an email confirmation that my tires were ready and time was getting closer to the car service last customer service. No one at pick up was able to tell me why more order still isn't ready. I then ask to speak to a manager, I spoke with Joshua Gale, who took my confirmation number for the tires and looked them up, all paid for with same day availability and I received still no help but was only told the tires are in process after I explained the situation. It is now 6:22pm, still no tires. I am now still at the store at 6:26pm not speaking to a different manager R Deborah, who has now told me THEY SOLD THE LAST TIRES IN MY SIZE AND SHE HAS NO IDEA WHEN THEY WILL HAVE MORE AND ALL SHE CAN DO IS GIVE ME A REFUND. Horrible costumer service, VERY VERY poor management. This store has of consideration for costumers time. In store nor over the phone. Not only was my entire day wasted but now I have no tires.
