I have been a customer of the Jimmy Johns franchise since 2005. This location in Hessville is by far has most professional and enthusiastic group of employees I have encountered. I started buying lunch here for my employees a couple of months ago. Recently I was in the location and informed the staff that their signs were not on indicating that they were open. The staff informed me that they were not open but if they are there and ready they will open up early for customers. It's efforts like that, that keep me coming back. Keep up the great work!!
First time I was there. Long line but moved quickly. Sandwiches were awesome! Better than subway! Only thing is wish they would do is put a pickle with the sandwiches. Overall loved it
I decided to try it for the first time ever. The people were nice and the service was fast. I would have to rate their food quality as poor. I ordered the hand and turkey sub for me and my son. The bread was harder than I expected but the real disappointment came with the taste of the sub. It was so bland. All it offered was mayo, lettuce and tomatoes. The price was about the same as subway. In my opinion, Subway has better sandwiches and better variety of breads and condiments. I also didn't like that we had to bag our own food and get our own napkins. I won't be going back. I will stick to Subway. I think it would help them better if they offered coupons and other deals. The only way I will ever go back is if they get a set up like subway with better bread and overall better subs on the menu. It's not anyones fault that their sandwiches are not good. It comes with the franchise. There are 3 other places that sell subs within 3 blocked of this place and all are better than Jimmy Johns.
We just placed an order for delivery from the Jimmy John's in Hammond, #2778. You guys are awesome!! I've ordered before but today oh man you guys made the sandwiches perfect! My tuna was perfect!!!! And the delivery driver was so nice be even asked how my Sunday was going. Good stuff guys keep it up! Good job! Have a great Sunday!
One employee refuse to put on a hairnet. I told the manager and he only refunded my money. I bought three sandwiches for my family, and my first bite had hair in it. See the guy with the golden hair and a baseball hat on. The food smells delicious but health concerns are a priority. Do not eat here if you value your health.
