Ordered pizza online to be delivered for my kids and waited an hour and a half and still no pizza called and cancel and employee seemed like no big deal. Had to feed kids soup because they were starving. If they can't meet normal delivery times they should state that or call.
Placed my order at 7:20 order left the building at 7:50 according to the pizza app. My pizza don't get here til 8:30 and as the driver is walking up he has the pizza box sideways. So we open the box of course it's all smashed so we call the kid back before he takes off show him call the place, rude service on the phone but conversation ends with them sending us another pizza. That takes 40 minuets to get here and the box is all smashed and there is sauce all over the lid. I will never order from here again and honestly of it wasn't for the fact that I'm 9 months pregnant and was having a craving I would of never ordered from here in the first place and honestly by the time I got my 2nd cold ass pizza I didn't even want it any more. Screw Pizza Hut
Ordered for delivery, online said an hour and even got alerted when it was on its way. Waited an hour and a half just to finally get a hold of someone at the store that told me it would be another 25 minutes. I refused to wait almost 2 hours for some food. I've had numerous problems with ordering delivery for. This place before so this isn't the first time something like this has happened.
There delivery service is very quick (30-40 minutes). The food is ways hot and the order is accurate!
I only give it two stars because the manager is such a nice guy. Other than that it's not a great place to eat. We've found two different types of hair in our food in the past. And they don't seem to know what the word "extra" means because if we ask for anything extra they give us the same amount. W always ask for extra cheese but what we end up with is just bread and cheese.
